This is a poster by graphic designer Tom Gabor. I believe the font is Times New Roman. I think it's a funny/nerdy poster but I also like the way it's done. The big S grabs your eye and the words under it are just the right size. I also like how the background isn't pure white and looks like it has some texture to it. I somehow found it while searching for Swiss and International design though I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with either, thank you Google Images. It led me to the designer's website.
